Gulf Contracting Co. recognizes and embraces technological developments within the construction industry. Our IT Systems are ISO27001 certified. Our Group Technical Manager is responsible for analyzing and introducing new concepts to the organization to improve our methodology and the overall efficiency of our operations.
Gulf Contracting Co. has embraced the introduction and increased use of Building Information Management Systems (BIM) within the construction industry. Our BIM capability has been developed over many years to the point where we now build project specific models that assist our operational teams to better understand the complexities of the structures they are constructing and assist them to streamline decision-making processes ensuring more efficient and cost effective methods of construction.
“Lean” construction techniques are nothing new to the Industry. It is the application of some common sense management processes to improve the overall delivery efficiency of construction projects. Our Project Managers are familiar with and apply these techniques to ensure a less stressful time for the Clients and Consultants involved in our projects.
